Empowering airspace transformation with intelligent voice communications

Engineered to meet the operational and technical demands of both current and future airspace environments, the Frequentis X10 offers a flexible, software-centric solution. Whether modernising legacy infrastructure or deploying in a greenfield setting, it empowers air navigation service providers to adapt at their own pace.

Designed for maximum interoperability, X10 supports deployment on customer-supplied COTS hardware or Frequentis turnkey platforms, enabling scalable, cost-effective rollouts across conventional towers, virtual centres, and remote operations. With integrated support for dual operations, air-ground communication can be mirrored in real time between main and backup systems, ensuring continuous availability.

The platform’s microservices architecture simplifies system updates and maintenance. Operators can deploy new features or security patches at container level via a secure browser interface, reducing system downtime and IT overhead.

At the heart of X10 is a harmonised, controller-centric HMI. It offers flexible layout configurations, dark/light modes, and gesture-based controls while retaining familiar workflows, making the transition from older systems seamless and training-light.

Building on the power of the Frequentis MosaiX platform, the X10 streamlines integration with existing ATM systems and ensures readiness for future concepts like sectorless flight, UTM integration, and dynamic airspace management.

The Frequentis X10 is more than a VCS, it’s the voice platform for tomorrow’s airspace.
