Application process

You want to contribute #ForASaferWorld? The first step is your application. But what happens next? At the end of the application process, there's a joint decision to be made.

We would like to know: 

  • Is Frequentis the right employer for you?
  • Does our job profile match your skills?
  • Are your ideas in line with the framework conditions that we can offer at Frequentis?

In the course of the application process, we will explore the answers.

1. Selection
Do you already know in which role you want to work #ForASaferWorld in the future? Apply online.
Are you still unsure or would you like to have a non-binding conversation? Register with our Talent Network!

2. Feedback
Now it's our turn! You will receive an automated acknowledgement of receipt within a few minutes and a response within a few days.

3. Invitation
We will contact you by phone to clarify possible questions directly and to make an appointment for a first meeting. Of course, we understand that private conversation may not be possible for you at that moment.

4. Getting to know each other virtually
The first meeting takes place virtually. You will receive an invitation from us by e-mail, including a link to Microsoft Teams. This gives you the chance to get to know your future manager or experts from the team. A member of our HR Recruiting & Talent Management team will guide you.

5. Getting to know each other personally
The office, the workplace, the colleagues and the manager – make an impression in-person onsite. Depending on the job profile, we combine this meeting with a technical task. We will send the information well in advance by e-mail.

6. The decision
No later than 4 weeks after your application, we – and you – should be able to make a decision. Do you have any questions? One of our recruiters will be happy to help you.

7. The employment contract
You will receive your employment contract within a few days of the decision. You are welcome to combine the signing of the contract with another visit or sign it digitally from home.

8. Onboarding
Regardless of when you start work at Frequentis: we are all friends here and welcome you warmly! We start with an onboarding programme to get you off to a good start.
