FREQUENTIS: Acquisition of the ATC Solutions business unit of L3Harris strengthens the company`s position as a global provider of air traffic management solutions
- ATC Solutions business unit of Harris Canada Systems becomes Frequentis Canada ATM Ltd.
- Acquisition extends the Frequentis Group's technical solutions for air traffic control
- Position in communications solutions in the air traffic management market is strengthened, especially in North America and the UK

As a wholly owned subsidiary of Frequentis AG, the former ATC Solutions business unit of Harris Canada Systems Inc., which is headquartered in Gatineau, Canada, will operate independently as Frequentis Canada ATM Ltd.
