Frequentis AG: Publication of voting rights and share capital
Frequentis AG ("the Company") announces that following the execution of a capital increase from authorized capital the total number of voting rights in the Company amounts to 13,280,000 and the Company's share capital amounts to EUR 13,280,000.00. The capital increase was entered in the commercial register on 7 May 2020.
