Frequentis AG: Amendments to articles of association
The articles of association of Frequentis AG were amended accordingly in § 3, Share capital and shares, in connection with the capital increase from authorised capital carried out for the purposes of the Employee Participation Programme 2020 and entered in the commercial register on 7 May 2020. The capital increase amounted to EUR 80,000.00. The share capital therefore now amounts to EUR 13,280,000.00.
