Adhoc: FREQUENTIS AG: Executive Board adopts employee participation program and therefor a capital increase with exclusion of subscription rights (12:25 h)
Today the Executive Board of Frequentis AG has adopted – subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board of the company – a basic resolution regarding the implementation of an employee participation program in the business year 2020 and for this purpose the partial utilization of the authorized capital under the complete exclusion of subscription rights.
