ADHOC: FREQUENTIS AG: Dividend proposal of EUR 0.22 per share for financial year 2022
The Executive Board of Frequentis AG has decided – subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board – to propose a dividend of EUR 0.22 per share, totalling EUR 2.920 thousand, for the 2022 financial year to the Annual General Meeting for resolution.
