The mindset of Frequentis employees is shaped by responsibility, helpfulness, and the desire to create a positive impact beyond their own workplace. A prime example of this is the initiative of a colleague, whose suggestion led to ten used laptops finding their way to an NGO in Sierra Leone (West Africa).

As part of the “Safer Future Youth Development Programme,” the laptops are being used in various environmental projects as well as in training and education initiatives. Through this, Frequentis is helping to create new opportunities on the ground: access to education, digital skills, and new perspectives for young people.
