The Executive Board of Frequentis AG has decided – subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board – to propose a dividend of EUR 0.20 per share, totalling EUR 2.656 thousand, (previous year: EUR 0.15 per share) for the 2021 financial year to the Annual General Meeting for resolution.
