2026

Strengthening our culture of innovation with the IDEAS platform

At Frequentis, ideas and suggestions from all employees are a central part of the corporate culture. This is supported by a continuous improvement process and an active suggestion scheme within quality management. Since 2014, the company-wide IDEAS platform allows employees to submit their ideas and track their implementation transparently. Every submission is developed further collaboratively.

Participation remained high in 2025: 47 colleagues submitted a total of 59 ideas. As a token of appreciation, the Frequentis Executive Board once again hosted the traditional IDEAS breakfast.

The consistently high level of participation demonstrates that IDEAS is a key component of the innovation and quality culture at Frequentis.

Supplier Award 2025

As a company operating in a safety-critical environment, Frequentis places particular emphasis on one thing: reliable partners and long-term collaboration. This is because stable supplier relationships are a key factor in the success of our projects.

When selecting our suppliers, we consider not only quality, price, and service, but also ethics, fair working conditions, and environmental protection. These principles are clearly enshrined in our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Code for Suppliers and Subcontractors.

Once a year, the Frequentis Executive Board honours the top three suppliers for their outstanding performance in the previous year. For 2025, the awards went to KSG Austria GmbH, Puls GmbH, and Infosim GmbH & Co. KG.

In addition, a Sustainability Award was once again presented for exceptional commitment in the field of ESG. In 2025, this recognition went to Fujitsu / FSAS Technologies for consistently strong contributions to sustainability through energy-efficient IT solutions, a rigorous circular economy approach, high social standards in the supply chain and transparent, internationally recognised ESG management – particularly relevant for companies with high requirements in security- and infrastructure-sensitive sectors.

VIENNA “TÖCHTERTAG” 2026

In 2026, too, on Thursday 23 April, the Frequentis headquarters was all about daughters, sisters, nieces, …

By taking part in Vienna’s Daughters’ Day, Frequentis is pursuing two key objectives: to inspire girls to take an interest in technology from an early age and to give them an authentic insight into our day-to-day work. Together with the Frequentis Women Community, a cross-functional team designed an interactive programme centred on the future-oriented topic of AI-based object recognition in air traffic control.

The participants – 31 girls aged between 10 and 19 – explored project management, trained an AI model, and discussed the use of AI in safety-critical areas.

Through initiatives such as Vienna’s Daughters’ Day, we aim to spark curiosity, broaden horizons and demonstrate that the future of technology requires diverse talent – and it starts right here.

“HANDS TO THE SOIL, HEARTS TO THE FARMERS” – AIRNAV OUTREACH PROGRAMME

Every year, Airnav Technology Services Inc., a company of the Frequentis Group based in Iloilo City (Philippines), organises an outreach programme to support disadvantaged communities.

In 2025, the programme took place in the vast rice fields of Iloilo. With rice seedlings in hand and plenty of motivation, the AirNav engineers experienced first-hand just how much discipline, patience and physical strength are required in the early stages of food production. Under the motto “Hands in the soil, hearts with the farmers”, the programme aimed to raise awareness of the importance of agriculture and to foster exchange between our company and the local community.

The AirNav team’s participation in the rice planting activities not only deepened their understanding of the challenges facing agriculture but also underlined Frequentis’ commitment to socially relevant initiatives.

Our video provides an in-depth look at the initiative in Iloilo.
