Estonian Air Navigation Services (EANS) is shaping a future where every flight is managed through a shared, precise trajectory, supporting safer, more efficient, and more sustainable air traffic management in line with the ICAO TBO concept. 

As a digitally advanced aviation nation, EANS is well positioned to adopt new technologies quickly and to pioneer innovation within the wider European framework. For EANS, TBO is not a stand-alone initiative, but part of a broader European vision for harmonised, data-driven air traffic management. With the Frequentis CADAS suite, EANS is implementing digital NOTAMs and automated data services, enabling real-time information exchange across the aviation network.

Working in close partnership with Frequentis, EANS is progressing step by step from digital NOTAMs towards full TBO.
