In October 2023, Frequentis was awarded the "equalitA" seal of approval for encouraging the professional development women. This seal of quality was created in 2020 by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labour and Economy as a sing of equal opportunity, equality, and fairness. It is presented to companies and organisations that support gender equality, for example by actively promoting gender equality within the company, encouraging career development and making women more visible. This seal of approval, which is valid for three years, the Federal Ministry of Labour and Economy is setting an example for equal opportunities, equality and fairness.
