Studies
After more than 50 years of experience in communication systems for air traffic control Frequentis has achieved extensive know-how in voice and data communication systems for the highest standards in safety, reliability and usability.
Frequentis is keen to actively participate in new research projects, studies and field trials to enhance the technical leadership and to provide industrial ideas and know-how to the air traffic control community.
Frequentis participates in:
international studies,
international research and development programs and
new technology field trials.
Precursory Projects
Frequentis is always keen on participating in new research projects, studies and field trials to enhance the technical leadership and to provide industrial ideas and know-how. Besides international studies Frequentis also participates in international research and development programs and new technology field trials.
Some of our precursory projects are for example Data-in-Voice - an ATC message service within an analog channel, or NEXCOM - FAA's future digital A/G communications system based on the VDL
Mode 3.
Moreover, Frequentis performs field trials to test the acceptance of new developed procedures and/or equipment.
