Where does Project Management come in?
In principle, Frequentis applies project management processes to all contracts with our customers. State-of-the-art contract management results in better product quality, saves time and lowers costs. Project management is a tool to minimise risks for our customers and for our company. Time and costs are of the essence to all the parties concerned. This is also true for quality and performance. Hence, we also use project management for our highly sophisticated offers to calls for tenders and for internal projects such as re-engineering or implementing commercial data processing.

Standards
Frequentis attends to international customers. Customer requirements for special processes such as IEEE12207 for software development or military standards are taken into consideration to establish a project specific procedure covered by the ISO9001:2000 quality system.
