We provide these documents either as hardcopies or as electronic documents. Electronic help formats can be either pure HTML, HTML Help, Java Help (context sensitive F1-help, if desired) or a Acrobat® PDF-document.

"Documentation on Demand"-get your documents when you need them-at the click of a button. Frequentis offers interested customers a new service: it is now possible to download customer documentation from the Internet via our so-called "Web Documentation Services".

Our documents have to be correct, comprehensible and consistent and we spare no effort to reach this objective. For this reason we have developed "Data Item Descriptions" (DID) for all categories of customer documentation, which describe both, the structure and the minimum contents of our documents. Document introductions give details on product liability and warranty for the respective field of application. Standard warning notes help you to identify mandatory and prohibited actions.

Standardised terminology is substantial for a comprehensible technical documentation. We have already set up a standardised Frequentis terminology. If you use a proprietary set of terms in your company, we offer support for a smooth integration into your documentation.
