The Department of Technical Communication and Information provides documents for all Frequentis systems and products. We support you already during the design of your manuals to clarify your specific demands. We create the documents during the development of the products, and, by designing, creating and updating your documents, we offer you full service right from the start.
We are the competence centre for any type of customer documentation. Apart from writing and editing documents, we provide the following services:
Document reviews on formal correctness, comprehensible contents and consistency
