Training Delivery
The importance which Frequentis attaches to effective customer training has justified the establishment of a dedicated customer training department and a well-equipped training centre located right on its very own premises in Vienna.
The training programme is planned and agreed during the very early stages of each project. Jointly with the customer, our training team determines the most effective training programme for the particular needs of the project.
Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
In order to establish and agree the most appropriate training programme for a complex project Frequentis may recommend that a joint Training Needs Analysis (TNA) be made prior to the actual delivery of the training. Typically this TNA will be performed according to the JSP502 or FAA-028C TNA standards for training suppliers. This TNA will typically include the following elements:
Operational and Maintenance Training Task Analysis
Training Gap Analysis to ensure over-training is kept to a minimum
Training Options Analysis recommending the course delivery strategy
TNA Final Report which will be subject to review and approval by the Purchasing Authority.
The TNA Final Report will document the results of the analysis. It will clearly identify the job tasks that will need to be performed by the personnel responsible for the operation and maintenance of the VCS equipment. The report will document the associated training objectives and recommend an appropriate training syllabus for each course and target group.
Furthermore, customer-tailored classes are available on special request. "Train the trainer" education is also popular for larger target groups of operators because it enables customers to implement their own internal training programmes.
Potential customers may also attend special classes so that they can gain a better understanding of all the advantages offered by Frequentis systems. In any case, the proficient Frequentis trainer team is totally responsive to the wishes of the students.
