Our trainees are required to provide individual written feedback by completing Seminar Review questionnaires that flow into the Frequentis Customer Satisfaction Survey process. This check and balance process makes sure that customers gain the knowledge and skills they require to work efficiently with their new equipment.

Most courses for our customers have a high level of hands-on content. The ratio of theory to practice is approximately 50:50. Practical exercises and tests help the trainer to evaluate the students' progress during the course. Towards the end of a course the trainees will normally be assessed by performing written and practical tests. Only successful participants are certified to use or maintain the Frequentis equipment.
