Available Courses
Frequentis offers courses for the following purposes and target groups in the fields of Air Traffic Control, Command & Control Centres, Coastal Radio, Public Transport and Rail.
Operators: Operators and Dispatchers learn how to use the functions and equipment available at their Operator Positions.
Supervisors: Supervisors learn how to configure and optimize the functionality at the Operator Positions. They also learn how to perform routine system management tasks using PC tools like the TMCS (Technical Monitoring and Control System) for monitoring status and supporting the operation or the OMC (Operational Management Centre). This training helps them to work well together with local maintenance personnel on behalf of the operators.
Maintenance Personnel: Technicians will acquire the skills necessary to operate and support the supplied equipment to the agreed level. Fault identification, routine operational support or LRU (line replaceable unit) maintenance are learned and practiced using hands-on exercises.
Managers: Everything managers need to know in order to efficiently utilise their communications equipment and trained human resources.
Technical Update and Familiarisation courses: Potential customers and customers who already have Frequentis systems can check out the enhanced possibilities of the very latest systems.
Further special customer-tailored training classes are available on request.
