  In the course of his work as technical consultant Hannes Bardach got to know Frequentis in 1979. In 1983 he became managing director with orders to put the company on an even keel. He was successful - and three years later he took the sole ownership of the company! Mr. Bardach is primarily in charge of all technical issues and new business developments.

  When Christian Pegritz joined Frequentis at the beginning of the 1990s, he found a small- to medium-sized company predominately active in German-speaking countries. His first challenge therefore lay in the internationalisation of the company. As managing director his core responsibilities are marketing and sales.

  Sylvia Bardach started at Frequentis in 1980. As sole bookkeeper she was charged with the design and implementation of a general cost and project cost accounting system. In 1989 she became head of the controlling and finance department. She was appointed managing director in 2000 and is in charge of all financial affairs at Frequentis.

  Hermann Mattanovich became the fourth member of the Frequentis executive board in January 2009. He is responsible for technology issues, with a remit to further reinforce the core strengths that characterize this international hi tech company: technical prowess and innovation.
