| FREQUENTIS delivers Air Traffic Control systems to MOD December 2006: Under a Ministry of Defence (MOD) contract, worth just over £3 million, the final series of replacement Voice Communication Control Systems for Royal Navy (RN) Air Traffic Control (ATC) sites has been delivered to the MOD's Defence Logistics Organisation (DLO) by Frequentis GmbH (Austria).

| UCMP: Official opening of the second large operational centre March 2006: Successful collaboration with Prime IBM UK to full customer satisfaction
On January 25, 2006, one of the major air defence programmes of the British Royal Air Force,
UCMP, came to a successful conclusion with the official opening of the second large centre
in Scampton, in the presence of high-ranking officers of the Royal Air Force and the MOD’s
project office, top management of the Prime Contractor IBM UK, and the major
subcontractors. The Control and Reporting Centre (CRC) Scampton consists of 91 working
positions. It is replacing a temporary centre with 40 working positions. With UCMP, one of
the most modern and complex voice communication systems for Air Defence is now in full
operation!

| Voice Communication Systems for the Royal Danish Air Force February 2005: The Air Material Command of the Royal Danish Air Force has selected the Austrian high-tech company Frequentis under the European tender procedure for the delivery of a Voice Communication System. The Control Towers and the Approach Control Facilities at Karup and Skrydstrup Air Station will be equipped with the Frequentis VCS 3020X.

| Boeing Australia chooses FREQUENTIS as team member for the supply of the communications systems for the Australian national air defence system April 2004: In early March, the Commonwealth of Australia awarded Boeing Australia Limited a major
contract to supply the Australian Defence Force with Command and Control Centres for
Australia’s new Air Defence Network. Boeing chose the high-tech Austrian company Frequentis,
a world leader in its field, to provide the mission-critical voice communications systems for the
project known as ‘VIGILARE’. This is the second major contract for Frequentis in Australia in the
last four months.

Frequentis zusammen. Damit hat Frequentis innerhalb der letzten vier Monate einen weiteren
wichtigen Auftrag in Australien gewonnen.
