Aéroports de Paris has selected the Austrian high-tech company Frequentis under the
European tender procedure for the delivery of an Integrated, fully synchronised Voice and
Data Recording System. The system is supplied in cooperation with SkySoft-ATM.

| VCS Express Delivery for ACC Zagreb
Trial run to start with December November 2005: On January 28, 2005, the contract for the delivery of a new Voice Communication System (VCS) made in Austria was signed between Croatia Control Ltd. and Frequentis. On August 4, 2005 the Site Acceptance Tests for the system for ACC Zagreb were completed and the Operational Acceptance Certificate was signed by the customer. The next milestone is the start of trial operations in December. Thus the project shows to be a veritable speedy one, performed successfully on the base of an intensive and commited collaboration between the teams of Croatia Control Ltd. and Frequentis.

| ATC Tower Vienna - Ready for the future with FREQUENTIS technology November 2005: The Voice Communication and Information Systems went operational in October 2005
Following the official opening of the new Vienna-Schwechat International Airport tower, the Frequentis systems successfully went operational on October 14th.

| Voice Communication Systems at ATCC Stockholm and Malmö go operational June 2005: In March the Voice Communication Systems at the Air Traffic Control Centre (ATCC) Stockholm and Malmö successfully went operational. This marks a milestone of the TALK program, one of the world´s largest air traffic control projects. The installation of the Frequentis Voice Communication systems allows the controllers to work with state-of-the-art equipment and face new and future air traffic control challenges with confidence.

| FREQUENTIS Delivers Voice Network for German Air Traffic Control May 2005: The auspicious co-operation and longstanding partnership between DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH, the German Aviation Authority, was recently extended by yet another noteworthy chapter. In late 2004 a contract had been signed to deliver a voice network for critical radio transmission for Frankfurt’s approach control.

| A Call Centre for Europe -FREQUENTIS delivers an “Advanced Communication Solution” for Eurocontrol February 2005: Already in 1992, Frequentis equipped the Central Flow Management Unit (CFMU), located in Brussels and Brétigny, with a customised voice communication system. Now – when time
came to think of the replacement of the existing system – the Austrian high-tech company
was again awarded the contract, this time to deliver its state-of-the-art call centre solution
DIVOS CC.

| Success for FREQUENTIS in Croatia - ACC Zagreb to be equipped with Austrian Voice Communication System February 2005: Within the next six months, the ACC Zagreb is to be provided with a new Voice Communication System (VCS) made in Austria. The corresponding contract between Frequentis and Croatia Control Ltd. was signed on January 28, 2005.

| FREQUENTIS goes Ireland hopping to Belfast City January 2005: 11th successful UK ATC Airport contract
Frequentis GmbH in collaboration with UK based Prime Contractor Systems Interface
Limited, have been selected to provide the upgrading of Belfast City Airports Air Traffic
Control facilities. This contract marks the first joint venture between the two companies and
is the 11th civil airport to operate Frequentis Voice Switch technology in the United Kingdom.
It also happens to mark the first Frequentis supplied system on the island of Ireland.
