FREQUENTIS at VTS Symposium from August 4th to 8th, 2008

The 11th VTS Symposium will take place in the city of Bergen situated in the southwest of Norway from August 4-8th. Global VTS developments, e-navigation and innovations in VTS operations will be central themes. The role of VTS in the Arctic will be highlighted, taking into account future challenges for VTS operations in the High North. Recruitment, professional competency and on-going legal issues will also continue as symposium features.
