Frequentis Air Traffic Management Civil und Defence were attending the 48th International Paris Air Show – Le Bourget, which took place from 15th to 18th of June for trade visitors and 19th to 21st of June for the general public. 100 years ago the pioneers of aviation like Louis Blériot, Louis Breguet, Robert Esnault-Pelterie, and Gabriel Voisin… created in le Grand Palais the first international exhibition of Air Locomotion which counted already at that time 380 exhibitors and welcomed 100,000 visitors. One century later the Aeronautical and Space Fair is still the greatest exhibition in the world and gathers about 2,000 exhibitors and welcomes 300,000 professional and public visitors.

Solutions that Support the Efficiency and Safety of your Operations
For about fifteen years Frequentis has benefit of this extraordinary presence to make known its technology and its products and to introduce its Air Defence activities for the first time at the Air Show within the Austrian Pavilion.

This privileged space makes it possible for Frequentis to receive its customers and partners.

In spite of a harsh environment, related to the current economic crisis Frequentis consolidates its positions and increases its sales turnover.

Furthermore Frequentis is one of 16 selected members of the SESAR Joint Undertaking which started by the beginning of June. The SESAR (Single European Sky Air Traffic Management Research) project will give Europe a high-performance air traffic control infrastructure and safe and environmentally friendly development of air transport.

Extremely strong from this position we start this “second century” with confidence.
