The VCS 3020XM is a project platform for large defence networks. Several sites - centres and remote radio sites - can be integrated into one Virtual Centre.

Network Centric Capabilities - The Virtual Centre
Networking and interoperability have elevated to a key requirement in defence applications. Sharing of tactical radios, lateral backups of centres as well as network wide role and mission management are essential for collaborative coordination. As a real network centric application several VCS 3020XM centres may be distributed throughout a geographical region, but still behave like a single coherent system – the Virtual Centre. All resources are accessible and can be managed from any authorised point of access in the network.
