 | FREQUENTIS Annual Report 2007 It is with great pleasure and satisfaction that we look back on the year 2007. We were able to continue our growth curve in a positive way, while at the same time increasing our profitability. Our total operating performance for 2007 yielded EUR 133 million, an increase of 15% over the previous year, and our earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) for 2007 came to EUR 7.8 million. Our workforce is about 700 people.
Thus the Frequentis Group is also on track for future growth. After the successful year 2007, we are now moving full steam ahead in our efforts to focus on our customers needs and to meet current challenges. We intend to expand our expertise as well as our range of services in the field of control centre solutions – integrated solutions in the safety critical domain – and thus to consolidate our position on the global market.

| FREQUENTIS Geschäftsbericht 2007 Mit Freude und Zufriedenheit schauen wir auf das Jahr 2007: Wir konnten unseren Wachstumskurs bei gleichzeitiger Steigerung unserer Ertragskraft positiv fortsetzen. Unsere Gesamtleistung für 2007 liegt bei EUR 133 Mio., was einer Steigerung gegenüber dem Vorjahr von rund 15% entspricht. Unser EBIT (Ergebnis vor Zinsen und Steuern) für 2007 beträgt EUR 7,8 Mio., unsere Mitarbeiteranzahl liegt bei 700 Personen.
Auch für das weitere Wachstum ist die Frequentis-Gruppe damit gut gerüstet: Nach dem erfolgreichen Jahr 2007 wenden wir uns mit voller Kraft den Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden und aktuellen Herausforderungen zu. Wir wollen unsere Kompetenz und unsere Leistungspalette im Bereich der „Control Center Solutions“ – integrierte Lösungen für Leitzentralen im sicherheitskritischen Bereich – weiter ausbauen und damit unsere Stellung am Weltmarkt weiter festigen.

| FREQUENTIS Annual Report 2006 In the 60th year of our company we can strike a very satisfied balance: both with regard to the growth of our company in the last 60 years – we have developed from a small Austrian engineering firm into an international corporate group – and with regard to the past year. 2006 again brought about a significant increase in operating performance (from EUR 108.5 million to EUR 115.8 million) and in new orders, which reached a new record level of EUR 135.2 million. The company profit for 2006 totalled EUR 3.7 million.

| FREQUENTIS Geschäftsbericht 2006 Im 60. Jahr unseres Firmenbestehens können wir zufrieden Bilanz ziehen: zum einen bezüglich der Entwicklung des Unternehmens in den vergangenen 60 Jahren – von einer kleinen österreichischen Ingenieursfirma sind wir auf eine international agierende Unternehmensgruppe angewachsen –, zum anderen bezüglich des abgelaufenen Jahres: 2006 brachte eine weitere signifikante Steigerung in der Betriebsleistung (von EUR 108,5 Mio. auf EUR 115,8 Mio.) und im Auftragseingang – mit EUR 135,2 Mio. erreichte dieser einen neuen Höchstwert. Der Unternehmensgewinn 2006 liegt bei EUR 3,7 Mio.

| Annual Report 2005 The year 2005 is one we can look back on with satisfaction. With a significant increase in operating performance – shattering the EUR 100 million barrier at EUR 108 million – the Frequentis group has maintained its strong level of growth. Company profit also developed positively in 2005 to stand at EUR 3.9 million.

| Annual Report 2004 Frequentis concluded the year 2004 in an improved financial and structural position. Particulary pleasing is the increase in operating performance of nearly 10% to a total of EUR 92,9 Mio. This is based on the successful diversification, gaining foothold on new market segments alongside the traditional area of air traffic control.

| Annual Report 2002 (Part I) Despite very difficult market conditions, the company managed to restrict the downturn in its operating performance (EUR 90 million in 2002) to only 8 % down on the previous year. This is mainly due to the successful build up of the development of the Public Safety and Transport (PST) sector.

| Annual Report 2000 2000 was a year of high level consolidation for Frequentis. With approx. € 74,000 thou., the company achieved an operating performance level equal to that of the preceding year. The level of orders however reached a hew high of € 100,012.7 thou. on 31.12.2000 a growth of about 10% compared to 1999.

| Annual Report 1999 In 1999 Frequentis succeeded in breaking the billion barrier: total turnover increased by 34% over the preceding year to ATS 1083 million (73.8 million EUR). As in previous years, a major contribution to this highly satisfactory overall result came from the military sector.
