The Frequentis mobile solution is available in two versions: for police services and for fire and emergency medical services. In combination with the Frequentis PROTECT™ Dispatcher – CAD/GIS, the solution provides an overview of current unit and incident status and a tailored workflow for incident handling. In combination with the integrated GIS solution and an offline database for addresses, contacts, cautions, and pre-plans, it becomes the “extended arm” of the PSAP. Police and fire/EMS personnel have access to critical information at all times and share the same operational picture with operators. This results in true situational awareness and improved response times.
