Ensuring the ability to attract the best candidates for employment is essential to the continued international growth of Frequentis AG. Professional employer branding and targeted recruiting play an important role in the 'race for the best brains'. 1st place in the category IT/Software/Telecommunications in the 'Best Recruiters' competition is further confirmation of Frequentis' performance in recruiting.

Best Recruiters by career is the largest recruiting study in the German-speaking region. It assesses the recruiting quality of top German, Swiss and Austrian companies. In 2016, the study looked at Austria's top 500 companies in terms of sales and the number of employees. The evaluation was based on criteria such as their career websites, how they deal with job applications, and their social media presence.

In 2016, Frequentis once again leapt to the top, taking 1st place in the industry category IT/Software/Telecommunications. Consequently, the international high-tech company, based in Vienna, surpassed a wide range of other recognised IT companies; This is not the first time Frequentis has shown their achievement in this area. In three previous years the firm has won the 'Golden Quality Seal' in its industry. In the overall rankings, the company advanced to 24th place among the 515 participating companies.
