Mr. Robert Nitsch
President
Mr. Robert Nitsch is President of Frequentis USA Inc. located in Columbia, Maryland. Frequentis USA, Inc. designs and manufactures innovative integrated voice communication solutions and related support products for the Air Traffic Control, Military C3I, Maritime, and Public Safety market segments.
Mr. Nitsch joined FREQUENTIS in 1991, was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Frequentis USA Inc. in 2001 and became President of the company in 2004.
Mr. Nitsch began his career at Frequentis as project manager and progressed to senior management positions within the company by successfully completing large and complex programs. He has worked extensively with international customers in the USA, Europe, and Asia and has earned a strong reputation in multi-cultural management techniques. Prior to joining Frequentis USA Mr. Nitsch led the Frequentis business unit for civil and military programs in Germany.
Mr. Nitsch holds several degrees in electronics, international economics from the University of Vienna, and transformational leadership from the Georgetown University, Washington D.C.

Mr. Vince Campanella
Vice President Engineering
Mr. Campanella is Vice President Engineering of Frequentis USA Inc. He oversees the Frequentis USA engineering staff, and is responsible for the technical implementation of customer projects and programs. His departments include hardware and software development, testing, and system engineering.
Mr. Campanella joined Frequentis in 2001 with over 30 years experience in systems engineering, engineering resource management, program/project management, and design of telecommunication systems for air traffic control and command and control applications. Mr. Campanella holds a degree in Electronics Technology from Capitol College.

Mr. Dieter Eier
Vice President Business Development
Mr. Dieter Eier is Vice President Business Development of Frequentis USA Inc. located in Columbia, Maryland. Frequentis USA, Inc. designs and manufactures innovative integrated voice communication solutions and related support products for the Air Traffic Control, Military C3I, Maritime, and Public Safety market segments.
Mr. Eier joined Frequentis in 1995 as executive assistant to the board of directors. He quickly advanced to head of product management with special responsibility for the development of products for the United States. In 1999 Mr. Eier joined the newly founded Frequentis USA as Director Product and Business Development. In 2009 he became vice president and member of the board. Mr. Eier is responsible for business development and sales at the company.
Mr. Eier has more than 15 years of experience in business development and product management of telecommunications systems programs for mission critical applications. He holds an advanced degree in telecommunications engineering from the University of Technology, Vienna, Austria.

Mr. Stefan Schneider
Vice President Treasury and Finance
Mr. Schneider joined Frequentis in 2004 as executive assistant to the CEO. He became Vice President at Frequentis USA in 2008.
Mr. Schneider is a member of the board and officer of Frequentis USA Inc and is responsible for the financial management of the company. In addition he oversees the human resources, and IT departments and has established the business processes for the company’s ISO 9000 certification.
Mr. Schneider's holds advanced degrees in International Business Administration from the University of Vienna, Austria, and the Universidad de EAFIT Medellin, in Colombia. He was a member of international student organization AIESEC in Linz, Vienna, Bogotá and Medellin as well as official student representative of Upper Austria.

Mr. Leonard Swiontek
Vice President Programs and Operations
Mr. Swiontek joined Frequentis in 2002 as Program Manager for Government programs. He became Vice President of Frequentis USA Inc. in 2009. Mr. Swiontek is responsible for the successful execution of all programs and projects at the company. His staff includes program managers, purchasing, manufacturing, and production departments, as well as logistics support personnel. In addition, he oversees the company’s hardware repair center. Mr. Swiontek has over 25 years of professional experience in Government and civil telecommunications programs in roles ranging from Engineering and Test to Program Management and Business Development.
Mr. Swiontek holds an electronics engineering technology degree from the DeVry Institute of Technology. He has been a member of the Air Traffic Controller Association since 1994.
