Career at Frequentis

We find talent – we foster careers

It takes more than luck to turn knowledge and new ideas into enduring business success. Such success comes from the deliberate nurturing of skills over the long-term. That’s why Frequentis invests in talent, commitment and innovation. This approach opens up a range of new prospects and perspectives to those who come to work for us: prospects and perspectives that lead to new and improved solutions in product development, production, service and management.

We follow a career model that builds on individual knowledge, ideas and flexibility. While the focus is on the individual personality, we recognise that technical innovations and business success also stem from team performances. As a result, Frequentis offers a home both for those who prefer to rely on their own personal knowledge or experience and for those who place more emphasis on the team: those who see their individual strength best expressed through cooperation with others. We give both personality types the kind of working environment that will allow them to fully develop their talents and careers.

At some point, all businesses give due consideration to their future growth, and all employees wonder about their future careers. These moments of reflection are opportunities that need to be grasped in a timely manner. Frequentis has a long-term programme in place to prepare both the company and its employees for such moments. Regular performance reviews and analyses of each individual’s potential reveal employee strengths: suitable measures are then taken to help develop those strengths even further.

Seeing and seizing opportunities – internal training

At some point, all businesses give due consideration to their future growth, and all employees wonder about their future careers. These moments of reflection are opportunities that need to be grasped in a timely manner. Frequentis has a long-term programme in place to prepare both the company and its employees for such moments. Regular performance reviews and analyses of each individual’s potential reveal employee strengths: suitable measures are then taken to help develop those strengths even further.

To help this process, we’ve developed our own twin-focus training concept. The first focus is on the transfer of specialist knowledge, so our employees are always familiar with the latest technologies. The second focus is on developing those skills and characteristics that are essential for coordinating teams. Both aspects of the training programme are important, both for the company and the personal development of individual employees. Some of the training measures take place in the context of individual support efforts and concentrate on very specific topics for small groups. Others have a broader remit and involve whole teams or departments. The objective is always the same: we want to advance the progress made by each individual and, in turn, the progress made by the entire company.
