Incident and/or emergency managers are the people in charge of information sharing, coordination and communication in the event of an incident or emergency. They answer emergency calls from external agencies and action forces and direct those calls to the responsible positions. They own and share information on contact persons and their reachability, and lead the railway’s own action forces to where they are needed.
