Integrated IP Radio&Telephone Backup
The RES-Q integrated IP Radio&Telephone Backup radio communication and emergency system can be hosted on the same operator position equipment (iPOS) or can run on a separate Touch Entry device. The main and backup applications are operating completely independent from each other, use different infrastructure and are configured and monitored from separate management applications. In case of a VCS malfunction or complete main network outage, the operator may activate the backup application by touching a single key on the specific iPOS. Via IP infrastructure the radio channels are accessed; also access to legacy telephone networks or PABXs is achieved via dedicated IP gateways.
