Voice Communication System for very high requirements
The Frequentis ICCS 3020 is an IP-based communication system for Control Centres that meet very high flexibility, functionality and fail-safety.
The radio/wire communication system Frequentis ICCS 3020 is based on Internet standards, and has a decentralised architecture. Operator positions and interface units for radio and wire are connected via Local or Wide Area Networks. The redundant system guarantees highest fail-safety and the flexible architecture of the system makes simple extensions and customer specific additions easy.
The Frequentis ICCS 3020 covers the comprehensive functionality of a Control Centre such as 5-tone selective calls or the control of facility management systems due to its radio/wire connections and the possibility to integrate sub-systems. This allows the simple control of all essential tasks, which means that the number of external devices gets reduced to a minimum, less maintenance is needed and operational safety increases.
The system can be operated via standard workstations, either via touch screen or mouse and keyboard. It is also possible to integrate it fully into other applications such as mission control systems.
The TMCS (Technical Monitoring and Configuration System) facilitates system management. It is designed to centrally monitor and configure all system components.
