A new segment of your working life commences - congratulations and welcome at Frequentis.

Our integration programme helps you find your way around quickly. At the beginning of your entry you are assigned a tutor out of your area of responsibility. This tutor accompanies you personally and professionally. Whenever you have a question or a problem, your tutor is the person you can rely on for assistance.

Aside from this personal companion, you are going to visit scheduled events alongside your new colleagues. You begin your first day at work with a workshop that allows you to gain insights into our line of products, processes and into our organisation. You will also be introduced to our important information platform - the intranet - as well as the entire IT-landscape because the PC is our most important tool.

Information
Even though there is a lot to be explained, we do not want to inundate you with information! That is why the workshop is held in increments spanning several weeks. Follow-up sessions deal with the company history and with Frequentis mission. Additional areas of focus are quality management and controlling. You also learn who is responsible for which area in the company, all the way to the top management.

About twelve months after your start at Frequentis we will get together once again in order to get your feedback. It is important to us that you are off to a smooth start, and that our accompanying measures have been beneficial to you.
